Shipping

Free U.S. shipping, always

Every order ships free within the United States, with no minimum. No flat-rate games, no spend threshold to hit.

Ships in 1 business day

Orders placed Monday through Friday leave the shop in Sanford, FL within one business day. Orders placed over the weekend go out Monday.

Tracking

You will get a tracking number by email the moment your spool ships. Most U.S. orders arrive in 3–5 business days depending on your distance from Florida.

International

We are U.S.-only for now. If you are abroad and want cord, email us — we will tell you straight whether we can get it to you.

Returns

Free returns, no receipt

Send back any unused spool, any time, any reason, for a full refund. We cover return shipping. You do not need a receipt — we can look your order up.

How to start a return

Email shop@threevikings.co with your name or order number and we will send a prepaid label the same business day.

Refunds

Once your return is scanned by the carrier, we issue the refund to your original payment method. It typically clears in 3–5 business days.
